Booking and management software for UK salons and spas
Purebook gives a salon one place to run the day — the diary, the people, the treatments, the stock and the money — instead of a paper book, a spreadsheet and three apps that don't talk to each other.
What the software does
- Diary — day and week views, drag and resize, recurring appointments, and blocked time for breaks, holiday, training and sickness
- Clients — history, notes, contact details and treatment records, held for the salon
- Team — staff records, working patterns, and what each person is allowed to do
- Treatments — a service menu with per-stylist pricing and scheduled price changes
- Waitlist — matched automatically against real availability when a slot frees up
- Stock — inventory and suppliers
- Payments — deposits taken at booking, checkout at the desk or on a card reader, and refunds recorded against the staff member who issued them
How payments work
Purebook uses Stripe Connect. Each salon opens and owns its own Stripe account, and money from that salon's clients goes directly to it. Purebook does not hold a salon's takings, and every transaction is visible in the salon's own Stripe dashboard.
What it costs
Purebook is a subscription, billed to the salon monthly or annually in advance and priced by the number of staff using it. Card processing is charged separately by Stripe under the salon's own agreement with Stripe.

Existing customers get support at the same address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm (UK time). We aim to reply within one working day.

Cancelling
A salon can cancel its Purebook subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions run to the end of the period already paid for; annual subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. The detail is in the terms of service.
A salon's own cancellation and deposit rules for its clients are set by that salon, not by Purebook.
